How safe.madbrooksreport.com checks a token

Draft — pending attorney review. Last updated October 28, 2026.

Every verdict comes from an automated, point-in-time check. Here is exactly what it measures, and what it cannot tell you.

The sell check

  1. Buy quote. We ask Jupiter (a public Solana swap router) for a quote to buy the token with a fixed probe amount of about 0.645 SOL, with a 5% slippage limit. Nothing is bought; it is a quote.
  2. Sell quote. We ask for a quote to sell the exact token amount that buy would return, back to SOL.
  3. Verdict from the sell quote's price impact:

Holder and liquidity data

Where we have it, a page also shows the share of liquidity locked or burned and the largest holder and top-10 holder shares (from RugCheck), and the share of supply held by wallets with identical balances (our own holder scan). The largest holder can be the trading pool itself. We do not show a token-tax figure because we do not have a reliable source for it.

Limits

Freshness and search engines

Pages are rechecked over time, oldest Sellable pages and most-viewed pages first. Search engines are only asked to index a Sellable page checked within the last 30 days. Costly and Could-not-sell pages stay indexed, except a "Costly" page whose only evidence was a router error. A page under dispute is held out of search until it is rechecked.

Think a page is wrong?

Use the dispute form. The page is held out of search engines and queued for a fresh check.
